What's crazy is that I have defended him many a times. But he's a snake. This all started when he posted that pic of his forearm and I pm'd him and let him know that he's getting way fat. I did that out of concern for his health.

It's pretty obvious he's not right in the head, and his main disorders are fairly apparent. Which means he's narcissistic and paranoid as fuck. Do anything that goes against his world view and he'll see you as a backstabbing cunt who hates him for no reason. If you point out he's a fat fuck and those arms aren't solid mass, you're just hating on him for no reason and need to be taken down.
