My Iraqi client is buying his daughters $800k+ homes hear his
Kinda crazy. I have a client who lives in a really nice golf community. All homes built in the 1990s and still really nice, homes in the neighborhood sell for $700k-$1.2M. He has 3 daughters, and he is buying them all homes within a block of his.
His one daughter is 23 and he just bought her and her fiancee a $700k home about 50 yards away from his house, and he just asked me to sell his 20 year old daughter a home in this same area once it comes available(that he would pay for). His 20 year old daughter is a fucking smokeshow as well, would smash so hard. It's crazy because his wife is a full headscarf Muslim woman(really nice woman), but his daughters are fully Americanized. Would love to bust massive nuts inside of his 20 year old daughter and I can tell she wants the dick every time I've met her(however, I'm sure the parents would only let her date a Muslim).
Actually, I think he trusts me enough where he might let me smash his daughter. Would probably be worth it.

Same thing happened to me recently
After my 70km bike ride I decided to take a short walk to cool down. I passed a mosque where an oil sheikh was existing with his daughter. There were very traditional Muslims so she was covered head to toe. Anyways he said "This is your chance", then ripped off her hijab and abaya and pushed her towards me. She was at least a 9 but I've had much better and some Brazilian models were waiting for me in one of my beachfront properties, so it was a no go

This is a modern thing though, people used to live near their families and were very close with neighbors as well. Neighbors were actually almost like family. Now everyone is in their own bubble. This was the norm until the 2000's, and it really fell apart after the rise of smart phones/social media
