My current thoughts

I took a shit and now my asshole is really sore.

I got some more stones from temu, they're really small in packs of like 30 each of various colors.

I broke my fast today and had a Donny2Yucky "refeed" day of junk food, I just gave in boyos.

For some reason earlier I was thinking of making coffe and playing magic arena and I felt so much joy and positivity at the thought, I have no idea where it came from as my mood is usually really mid.

I have to make another smokes order soon, I'm starting to get low.

Someone destroyed the last one I had, I cant keep anything here, shit aint even safe in my room, the little buggers will come in and even take monsters and coke zero when I have it.

refeed, cheat day, whatever. it's all the same to me.

i gained 4 pounds from those 2 cheat days on the weekend, but i dropped all that bloat in 2 days of low calorie dieting, which brought me back to my pre-cheat meal weight, AND i also dropped an additional pound the next day on top of that. so the weight loss has continued despite the massive cheat days.

feels good to be a winner!

Yeah boyo, the lasagna is what did it, eating just makes me want to eat more, like a smoker who rewards himself with smokes.
