People with diabetes can still enjoy all foods in moderation. No foods are strictly off-limits. Successful management is about balance, mindful portion control, and understanding how different foods impact your blood sugar.

He's going to be fine. :)

if it is type 2 it is reversible, needs to cut down on carbs/fats together and fast a little here and there - needs to improve insulin sensitivity which then can fix insulin resistance

brah needs to step it up and focus on health

we're all gonna make it

It's type 2 inches.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Lmao I just sat down and start Miscing and I’ve got my very own thread . Ya this diabetes is some srs chit , but I brought it on myself.
That fk up I had in October removing my chimney destroyed my arms .
Had a paid a couple grunts 300 bucks , I srs believe that I wouldn’t have gotten diabetes . To make matters worse I fell off my ladder onto the garage floor right b4 new years .
So I was on the mend and not active seeing as I could barely walk the first 3 months , and the tendons are so badly inflamed in my right arm that I put weight lifting on hold till things started improving.

So anyways , my inactivity and eating the wrong foods , mainly chocolate every fking day caught up with me . Had I had an actual brain , I would have watched my diet very carefully till I was able to pump iron again , but it too fking late and my pancreas is done.
I think I put the last nail in the coffin on my Bday . I was Miscing and building the usual beer tower , when I hit bloated and texted the drunken mongoloid next door to pick up a 40 of Gibsons Finest .
It’s funny as said I would never drink whiskey again , but thought fk it , I’m 65 now and I’m going to have it once last time .
I really felt strange after waking up from that , and never fully recovered. It wasn’t untill I got my yearly blood work soon afterwards that they found out I was diabetic. Never had any issues previously.

Unfortunately hind sight is 20/20 lol . I guess my days of getting yucky are done , as well as 99% of available food choices. Srs I can’t find chit to eat other than red meat , chicken and fish . And all are expensive AF .
Anyways thx all , appreciate you guys srs . Only true family I’ve ever had tbh

I mean if you can safely have 2 beers , I guess it’s better than nothing , but honestly I don’t see a point . I may as well quit I guess

Rinsing is still a possibility for Major. I had 20+ drinks on Sunday and just had to monitor my blood sugar, which was in range the whole time. Light beers and hard alcohol (can mix with diet soda but regular soda/other mixers is terrible), hardly raises blood sugar at least in my experience. Just have to get your blood sugar under control first and make dietary changes, espeically on days you plan on rinsing

Not really worth it, srs. Drinking's not even that good outside of the social aspect. That's coming from someone who's hit it quite hard over the years.

That’s interesting. I was under the impression that besides the liver , alcohol also damages the pancreas? If what you say is true I’ll be one happy camper .

I think ideally I should stay away from it. What really disappoints me is I installed another tv lift for when I get rinsed . Srs I wouldn’t have bothered if I knew the chit was going to hit the fan . I really enjoyed getting rinsed and Miscing down there and pounding music videos . It was kind of nice having a gym that kind of doubled as a man cave . I don’t normally watch tv in the gym unless I’m drinking , as I typically play my music compilations

Take up cardio boyo, slap a bike down there or something. Plenty of opportunity for music and TV then.

Miscing while sloshed is probably a bad idea. I used to do it but after seeing the state of the Midget I now think it's something to be avoided.

What is HD?

Also if you are having trouble finding dates, stopping drinking may actually help that srs. I've noticed friends when they stop drinking, their mind clears up, socially they're a bit better, their skin clears up, they lose a few pounds, and it helps. Just try to manage it well, go to a group thing if you need my brother. You'll make it. Could be a blessing in disguise.

Stay alive, they'll have meds that clear so much of this up in 10 years or way less. technology is getting wild.

Just try to manage it well, go to a group thing if you need my brother. You'll make it. Could be a blessing in disguise.

Stay alive, they'll have meds that clear so much of this up in 10 years or way less. technology is getting wild.
Finding dates ? Lmao , no that’s something you do in your teens and 20’s when you can pull prime sloots . Unfortunately when you have a micro it’s pretty much a waste of time regardless , as it’s nearly impossible to coom when you can’t feel those sugar walls .

And yes there’s no question that being sober improves things . I just enjoy drinking on occasion to blunt my mind from this chit world .

HD ? lol , that’s where you go to get rope when your tours over lol
