53.35 in the 400 meter dash at 6'0 and 215 LBS on Sept 27th, 2013. Unofficial WR for fastest over 215 LBS.
Ok great.. He's still not an athlete...Let's see him train at the track for up to 4 hours before even lifting this....
Then let's see him do a 53.35 second 400 meter dash before lifting this as well....I set an UNOFFICIAL WR for fastest 400 ever at heights less than 6'0 tall and body weights over 215 LBS when I ran 53.35 seconds on September 27th, 2013 at 6'0 and 215 LBS....
Have fun going back in history and finding anyone less than 6'0 tall and over 215 LBS that can do that...
We spent almost 13 years on forums such as LetsRun, etc, and they couldn't find anyone other than a few steroid using German decathletes in the 1940s that were 225 LBS at 6'4.
Which doesn't meet my specifications for this.
And anything accomplished on steroids doesn't count to begin with.
Only the natural self is real.
Trey Hardee at 6'5 and 212 LBS doesn't correlate...
Correlation is 7 LBS per inch...Meaning I would be 250 LBS at 6'5 not 212 LBS....
Heavy body weight PR for how heavy I was running this....
Not an all time PR though.
I ran 51.36 FAT in the 400 Meter Dash at 6'0 and 183 LBS in March 1999.......... with just 1 simple 4 by 200 workout and as my first race that year....At 19 years old..........
Just that year alone I would have been down to 47.5 to 48.5 in the 400 by my peak months of Oct, NOV, and DEC, but couldn't run the rest of the year and after 1999 I got too heavy to run it fast.
Had potential to run 42.25 to 42.75 in the 400 meter dash at age 41 if I stuck with my 175-185 LB body weight which is the ideal body weight for the 400.
But I actually wanted to look good and get above 210 LBS and not look like a TWINK my entire life...
I also deadlifted 550 for 2 on a Texas Deadlifting Barbell and Smith Machine Bench Pressed 450 LBS for 1 rep with a bounce at that same 6'0 and 215 LBS body weight in 2013...
Have fun combining all of those together on the same day. And doing it 100 percent naturally..
And with former 1993 till 2015(22 years worth) of distance running and 400 meter dash experience which destroys muscles from the inside out...
I won.
I beat the casino..
Nobody can compete.
Bigger, faster, stronger, and HOTTER than all.

Tell us about your 10 and 20 meter sprints.
Tell us about your 10 and 20 meter sprints.
1. Flexing in 2013 right around the 53.35.
2. The Unofficial WR of 53.35.
3. And a 525 for 2 deadlift... On an Olympic Barbell though. Equivalent of 550 for 2 on the Texas Deadlifting Barbell.. Equation is exactly 25 LBS more on the Texas.
Currently weighed in yesterday at 6'0 and 236 LBS.. Pretty sure I could do way more on the smith machine bench press than my PR of 465 from 2024.......
The only person in the world that can compete with me right now in the overall natural fitness and hotness category is Layne Norton..... But yet he banned me on two separate Insta accounts for congratulating him on his new deadlift PR...
Problem is to be an athlete the person has to run the 400 and below. And do verticals and broad jumps.... All of which he stated to me he has no interest in.. And he needs to do his 3 limited lifts...
Ok great.. I still got him beat on bench press at 2 years older in age.... And by what like 100 LBS at this point even after the smith machine deduction calculations of 30 LBS less etc.. Equations...ETC....

The entire Crossfit industry is a joke and a scam....
Not only have I been banned by every single Crossfit major Instagram person from 2013 till 2018 when I decided to do 8 FULL years of online positivity..
But we're talking they literally think that whatever they did in college somehow magically EQUATES to what they could do now at like 50 LBS heavier body weight...
IT's just straight retardedd....
Dan Baileys 47 second 400 meter dash at his college twink body weight of 165 to 175 doesn't correlate to what he could do now at 225 LBS...
He wouldn't even break a minute at that body weight..
What a joke..
I want 90 percent of all of Crossfits cash due to being BIGGER, FASTER, STRONGER, AND HOTTER than them all.
Play games with me...
Rich Froning can't even break 58 seconds at his twink weight of 185 to 195.. Anything below 205 is twink weight...
I got Froning beat by over 5 full seconds and at over 30 LBS heavier...
But yeah he's the fittest in the world.. Keep thinking that..
Even last year champion now realizes that he was retarded to think he could do a 52 second 400 meter dash at his full weight of 229 LBS now.. His name is Jayson Hopper...
Correlating what a person could do in college at 185 LBS doesn't correlate to what they could do now at 215-225..
I even have Wall Street Decathlete Mark Rubin beat in this and he won the Wall Street Decathlon like 6 years in a row...He ran 54.. I ran 53... Yet he's too tall to meet my specifications in this.. He did 54 seconds at like 6'3 and 225 LBS...
But he's over that 6'0 mark and stuff like 6'3 makes it WAY easier to run due to a longer stride... So even not meeting my specifications.. I still have him beat by a second and no i'm not going to do a reverse correlation and say 7 LBS subtraction times 3 inches equals 21 LBS and he was the equivalent of 6'0 and 204... Because it just gets retarded at that point..
I'm keeping it simple by saying over 215 and under 6'0 tall.. Those two specifications cover millions of people.
Yet NOBODY CAN DO IT... You all suck at what you do.. I'm just better..
You all are clueless to the level I went to in 2013 to get to that 53....
We're talking that even the 57-59 seconds I was at like 90 percent of the year was even tough....
And I could have gone faster.. I did a workout 1 full second faster than my workout I did to run that 53.35..
Based on the 4 by 200 workout I ran I had potential to break 53 and go something like 52.5 to 52.75 at 216 LBS....
But ran out of warm weather and actually got a cold.. And that ruined it...
I know what i'm capable of though.. And I even did this on a crooked ankle...Which i'm not getting into right now...
So potential was there for a 52.00 FAT 400 meter dash at 6'0 and 215 LBS....Pretty much unheard of..
And nobody in the NFL can do it because even training for something like this would make them lose weight and go below my specifications of over 215.. So have fun trying to find a running back to train all year to do this and maintain his 215.. Because just in the process of training for this would make his weight go to 195...
I started the year that year at like 227-237 for the most part and dropped down to 215 during the course of the year..
DAMN I'M GOOD AT WHAT I DO... This has me even fired up reading all of this....

I'm pretty sure I could outrun Matt London but he's going to say that it doesn't count because I weigh less and I take 200mg/week of TRT.

He's a twink...
And he had literally one good year because of his light to medium dosage of steroids...
Johnson actually still owns the WR.. At least he did it naturally...
He had that " steroid glow " to him coming around that last bend... I clearly could detect it in his shoulders....

So far my WR in this has lasted a FULL 13 years...
Nobody can compete...
I knew what I accomplished that day was not normal......
I hit 53.44 also two weeks later.....But just those two top times.. It was a 3 to 4 week upper end peak..... Due to the combined effects of sun tanning all year among other factors...I'm always 30 LBS stronger on bench from tanning all year in the months of Sept, OCT, NOV, and DEC.
And upon further calculations of upper end potential on this.. I think I could have got a 50.00 in 2014...
I was about 15 to 25 LBS stronger on all of my lifts in 2014...
I had EXTREMELY bad hamstring tendinitis all year of 2014 which prevented me from breaking my WR in this but STILL after all of that I was able to run a 11.40 in the 100 in 2014..
I think I could have got my 100 time down to 10.71 in 2014 at right around the same weight of 6'0 and 213-218 range if it weren't for the hamstring tendinitis....
