Number one indicators of steroid usage are as follows...
Pathetic.. What a joke...First off.. Rule number one states that anything accomplished on steroids doesn't count and will be deleted from history at some point...
ONLY THE NATURAL SELF IS REAL.
That retard 25 year old deadlifting 1100 on Insta already blocked me because I roasted his stupidd *** so bad that he had no choice to... What a joke....
Everywhere I go all I see are 3D shoulder retardds on steroids with gullible women who actually believe that they put in the REAL work to get shoulders that big...
The reasons why the shoulders grow the most on steroids is because there are more androgen receptors in the shoulders so they are more prone to grow while on steroids than any other body part...Number one indicators of steroid usage are as follows.
1. 3D or bowling ball shoulders..
2. Zero calves.
3. Paper thin skin at high body weights.
4. John Cena inner varicose vein.. The vein usually presents itself on the side of the heart...( Reasoning is the heart doesn't recognize the chemicals coming into the body so it starts to pump out squiggly looking veins on that side... )
5. Block heads.... Meaning 45 year old looking heads on 25 year old bodies...Their heads look like blocks of concrete pretty much... That's why I call them block heads... They look square...
6. The steroids even grow out the brain, tendons,,,, etc.. THat's the reason why they look like they have these huge foreheads...
7. Steroid users are always talking some stupid crap about how they are motivational or some crap.. Or giving people dumb motivational quotes online on instagram and telling them to do their program of 15 reps...
8. Anything over 5 reps is a beginners program.. Meaning 15 reps is 3 times that of a beginners program.. 15 reps will only make you good at 15 reps and nothing else...
9. Even light to medium dosages of steroids can be detected... Usually the shoulders will be somewhat big... But not too big.. ETC.....The inner shoulder varicose vein will sometimes be a little smaller on a lighter dose...

Too many people don't get it though
I can't find a plate loaded or cable stack pullover machine anywhere that will fit in my garage, so I've had to make do with the ezycurl bar and a flat bench to do pullover movements for back day.
The number of dickheads I've watched in the gym use that without appreciating how effective it can be, and without trying to develop the MMC that allows it to both pre-fatigue and work as a mass builder in its own right is scary.
