The NFL is a joke for the most part when it comes to Instagram postings.....

Over 96 percent of NFL players don't show us what they do in the gym....

Pretty much just stupid posts about how they got drunk at some night club or something.. Or a post selling a product or a post of them doing their extra extra positivity and motivational thing.....

Nobody cares about any of that...

I simply want to see training videos and lifting videos...

I'm actually giving the NFL a bit more credit since 2015 though since they helped me with realizing I don't need to do anything over 5 reps and that 15 reps was pointless in 2015 for hack squats.. ETC...

And that I don't have to even do 100 meter dashes..


Which is why I no longer go over 60 meters on anything starting in 2015....ETC...
