But I know when I go back to maintenance calories, I’ll put on 5 - 10 pounds of glycogen/water weight.

I just want to maintain <200 lb. permanently.

So I’m thinking - Give myself another 5 - 10 more pounds of runway before I go back to maintenance. So maybe 189? Then maintain <200?

yes u need to go lower than that to get under < 200 lb sustained we are talking 190 ish and u need to weigh urself daily if ur not doing that already

water + glycogen + stomach content will easily add 7 lbs that's nothing

but let's not forget 200 is just a number so don't get fixated
