I've had beef bacon by accident from a halal bodega. Really makes the BEC + SPK taste weird. Wood not/10. Like how the fuck you gonna have a bodega and not have real bacon?

Other than that, never saw it in a market.

I'm gonna make a BECSPK tomorrow on a bagel. i'll see how it tastes. wonder if i should use a bit of beef tallow to cook it, since it's probably way leaner than regular bacon
