This guy has the movement speed of an untrained 60 year old woman. What's the point of bodybuilding if it just makes you slow and unathletic?

I wanna be fast, fit and powerful. Shatter a persons skull with one punch.

Body building doesn’t translate to fighting.

Guess this extremely reasonable and self evident understanding needs to be explained again and again.

It looks like a beginner being gun shy because he doesnt want to get laughed for his form.
This is not representation of being unathletic.

What larry wheels did that was unathletic was that collab with the runner guy. Larry looked ridiculous

That's because those are the wrong punches for him. Straight shots are like throwing a baseball or a football.

Uppercuts or shovel hooks though, those are like olympic lifts and if he hit that sloot with one of those, she would actually fly through the air and probably be dead before landing.
Balding is death. If you have no hair, you have no life.

Punching is something you're born with or improve through practice.

I have natural KO power and lightning speed hands so I can lift as much as I want and it will always be there

Larry could never have my hands based on that video but he could train them enough to reach a respectable level

bodybuilding has LONG been a homoerotic meetup activity. Thats what really turned me off to muh bodybuilding + that height is really what gets the femaloids not muscles (and obvsly FACE).

coincidentally, I've heard that the gays have infiltrated many sports whered you think it was straight.

You plan on shattering any skulls in the near future?

Bodybuilding has more value in today's society than smashing a skull with one punch. Like it or not just being real
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
