I got your best guy Olympic 2012 Decathlete Trey Hardee beat in the overall athlete category....

Trey sucks at bench.. He only had a max with a bounce of 352 LBS at 6'5 and 212 LBS body weight as stated on his Instagram account during the Olympics in 2012 in London.

I did 465 LBS for 1 on the smith machine with a bounce not only like at an age over 13 years older than his max..BUT 100 percent naturally and without the use of steroids....

What's Treys deadlift? Oh wait I know.. Probably non existent...

Probably like 505 for 1..

Big deal...

I did 560 for 5 in 2021 at 6'0 and 221 LBS...

The only thing Trey has me beat in is those stupid power lifts things....

Wow big deal.. He has me beat in 1 event...His 1500 time sucks....I ran 4:36 in the mile(1600), at 6'0 and A FULL 206 LBS in 2002...BY MYSELF... With nobody to push me..

In really cold temps that day.. Like only 58 degrees out..

With my standard 93 degrees heat that I need to set PRs on the track and high humidity that time would have been even FASTER!What's Treys time?

Oh wait... I know... SLOWER....

But I don't support the mile and don't give a crap about it..

Which is why I even quit 400s in 2015..

I'm even taking 10 full meters away from my longest race right now the 60 and saying to myself I will not do anything over 50 meters from how bad distance running prevented me from seeing absolute crazy lifting numbers...

By prohibiting protein synthesis within the muscle fibers thus causing my muscle fibers to become weaker and smaller.

Absolutely would destroy him in the mile......

Subtract 17 seconds off of this 4:36 and that equates to around a 4:19 in the 1500 that they do in decathlons...

Hardee could only do 4:40 in the London 2012 Olympics in the 1500.

Nobody can compete...

I told you all this way back in 2013....

Keep on thinking that you're athletes or something...

You have a nobody like me destroying every single somebody in the world in the overall athlete category...

You got absolute nobodies like me just straight destroying you all in every single athletic thing on the planet...

He marketed it as " heavy " mile...

What a joke.. 193 LBS is TWINK WEIGHT!

Nobody can compete... Game over.

Like did any of you think that was going to be possible? To beat me in the overall athlete category?

Did you really think that it was possible?

I mean is this a joke or something?

Blame this on yourselves everyone..

I wouldn't have to show you all up in every category if it weren't for you all making this a competition...

You all wanted to play a game of let's see who can be the best overall and HOTTEST athlete on the planet...

Then you want to just delete all of my accomplishments and pretend like yours are better....

Not going to happen.

I did the math on it.. If I had wanted to stay at that 205 LB range and run this at 35 years old.. Which didn't because i quit doing them in like 2004..... Way too young... We're talking like something like the equivalent of a 4:14 mile at 6'0 and 205 LBS... Which is absolutely fucking ridiculous.... Would have blown away any so called heavy miler doing the deadlift at the same time of like 550 for 1.. Since I was deadlifting over 550 for 1 at the same time... Have fun competing with that...

And that's the mile... That 4:14 mile translates to a 3:58 fucking 1500 and a 550 for 1 deadlift in the same day... You all have absolutely no clue the level of fitness levels you're dealing with here with me.. It's really fun and really gullible and naive to watch it work and somehow literally think that anyone could compete with me in this...

Instead of bragging about mediocre achievements from decades ago, why not show us what you can do now that you're old

It will be a good indicator of how effective your training methods are
