Imitation crab meat is like crack

Could eat like 3 lbs of that if I let myself.

So good with some mayo between bread too.

Funny how its supposedly fish but doesn't give me a reaction, its probably not even real fish.

Real fish is a 911 call for me.

I haven't eaten anything today, I had a couple days I roughly broke even, but I'm down quite a few days, I keep picking away at it.

Bonobo posted a pic of me in a wife beater from over a year ago and I'm not that fat anymore, though a wife beater makes it look worse.

I used to buy it by the pound packs and eat one or two a week.

Great snack, healthy, protons, low cal, etc.

Used to dip in some cocktail sauce, made an awesome snack.



But prices have shot up since the 2010s when I used to fakecrabmax, so I don't buy much any more.

the misc has some heavy hitters. fresh seafood isnt so cheap these days, but is a pain in the ass to prepare

fake crab sticks i think are quite carb heavy (indicates they arent real meat) and are around $10 per kilo

not good for us keto brahs

Yes, cheap-ish.

Mostly white fish protein, with potato starch binders and some sugar. Nothing crazy.

Low calory.
