Zyzz was cool as hell. I had no clue his thing was going on when I started posting on the MISC in August 2011..... I had no clue who he was.... His youtube videos are cool as hell. The high light reels.. Not sure why you're laughing at someone like that though... Seems scammy.

Zyzz definitely died before peak influence opportunity. In a sense he was immortalized by his death though. Maybe he wouldn’t have been remembered in 2026 if he was just another shredded early 2010s fitness figure. I mean, how many people are talking about Jeff Seid or Mike Chang nowadays?

Kevin Samuels was blowing up at the exact right moment. I remember he just started appearing on bigger podcasts and going viral, but then he dropped dead. He was on the cusp. If he lived another 6 months he probably would’ve achieved Tate levels of fame.
