Beef-BLT w/Homemade Avocado Mayo/10

Had no mayo, so i made some from an avocado. Gonna wash it down with some Pellegrino. later a iced black cawfee while i do some officecelin' from home

Honestly if you didn't tell me the beef bacon wasn't regular bacon, i wouldn't of been able to tell the difference. It's more expensive than standard bacon tho.

I will say in the texture is better, more comparable to thicker cut bacon.

Overall Not bad, not brad.

How many calory? No idea it's at least 40g of protein not counting the tein from the avocado and the egg.

Looks good. I just remember it being not quite the same as real bacon. Doable, but a little different.

Yeah like i said if i didn't know it was regular bacon. I'd have no idea. Dunno if i would buy it again over regular thick cut bacon tho. But if someone didn't eat pork but wanted something similar, i would 100% recommend beef bacon... turkey bacon no, because that does taste completely different

Interesting. You could tell the difference with the bodega beef bacon. Maybe they used a cheaper kind.
