Not Posting Over The Weekend Was Great For My Mental Health

Not interacting with the "Good poster" crew was amazing. It's becoming harder and harder to find reasons to not leave on July 20th.

Why 15 pullups? That's a beginners program.. Why not just go to the lat pull down machine and do the most weight you can for 2 reps ?
