Should I go to the gym or do a 20 mile bike ride after work?

Haven't been to the gym since Saturday, and have rode 20+ miles each of the last two days. A bit tired today to be honest, but I think a bike ride is ultimately better for my weight loss goals. Also, will not be riding tomorrow.

What say you Misc? Ride again or take a day off and just lift?

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

You spend your entire workout (at planet fitness no less) snapping pics of anorexic 60+ year old women so you can post about it to the misc later.

Truth is, you're in no position to criticize Oliver. Leave the mocking to the few of us who actually lift.
