boil salted water and get your pasta ready

3 teeth of gralic smashed and fried in some olive oil to infuse the oil, remove garlic . add chopped white onion and cook than brown some sweet Italian sausage(no casings) and ground beef. season the beef with granulated garlic and onion, pepper and salt. once the meat(no diddy) starts to get color add in a can of crushed tomatoes and cook and than a can of tomato sauce and mix together. garlic you fried earlier finely chop and add to the sauce. add basil leaf with the stem and everything all attached. cook for a while. add dried oregano and rosemary. cook, slice up some basil leaves and parsley and mix with the meat sauce.

heat some texas toast in your air fryer






Serve on a paper plate with a plastic fork Godfry style
