There is a final solution. Stop shopping at Walmart.

I'm annoyed by tee-shirt fit as well, and to make things worse, all the imported crap has inconsistent sizing. I liked True Classic, but some fit too loose even though they were all the same size. Same with Into The AM, though not quite as bad. Even one of my three Rogue shirts is longer than the other two and it's made in the US. Buying tees is basically a crap shoot, and you don't know how it's really going to fit until after the first wash, which means no return.

Get a longer chain.

Shirts these days are always too tight around my lats, and sometimes shoulders or arms. Also loose around the waist

Since most people now are skinny fat DYEL losers with metabolic disorders, I guess manufacturers adjusted for the majority

Just find a brand that is cut right for your body and stick with it. I've only found that Nike Dri Fit XL Tall fit me well, so that's pretty much all I wear for T Shirts. Other than this, I wear linen and other things that don't fit perfectly, but it's worn loose and usually unbuttoned on the top so it doesn't matter as much.
