Looks good for her age but post menopausal women always suffer from poor fat distribution. Higher estrogen levels when they were younger signaled the body to store more fat around the hips, buttocks, and thighs. Also higher progesterone levels when younger helped to attenuate cortisol related visceral fat accumulation

They can still have nice fit bodies when old but their waist to hip ratio goes to shit. At least it's still better than giving up on your health and becoming a diabetic blob

I'm post menopausal and my waist to hip ratio is doing good so far. I def do not want a fridge body.

I also think it's ridiculous to wear a belly shirt at that age. I physically could but I wouldn't.

Hold on to it while you can. There are some ways to fight back against the age related fridge body though, plus some people have lucky genetics that do most of the work for them
