I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you did not follow the case closely.

I did not watch or read everything that happened during the trial, but I followed enough to know that there was no way the jury was going to come back with a not guilty verdict.

If it was Houston or South Dallas, he might have been convicted of a lesser charge. Also, his legal team was stupid for not making a deal and thinking that they were someplace other than Collin County...JFL
