People don’t use their sick days because they are cucks.

Humans are so fucking pathetic.

It is a company. It doesn’t even really exist.

Last time I called in sick was around 2008 or something (srs). I just go into work ill and duke it out for a few shifts. Desk jobs since 2006, so its not like I was working on a baking hot road or fighting a battle in 45C Iraq.

Almost never. It’s been over a year and a half at this point. Maybe longer. Even when I’m sick, I still drag myself into the office because these fucking cocksuckers won’t let me work remote and if I call off, my PTO will be docked (no sick days).

Rarely. I fortunately never get sick in the first place, but even on days where I just feel like garbage, I just go in later in the day or WFH as much as I can.

I don’t have dedicated sick leave either, though. It’s all just PTO. Feels like a waste to burn leave sitting at home and feeling bad when I can just sit at my desk and feel bad and not waste any.
