I've been sick for a month

Congested - white thick mucus, was yellow ish a few days ago. I can't breathe through my nose and I feel a weird tingling sensation in my chest and been coughing like crazy. Have shortness of breath also, is this signs for concern?

During Covid I got ill AF and was in bed for 6 weeks . Was coughing my brains out and going in and out of fevers . Turns out I had bronchitis. Fking sucked srs

They have me breathing treatment nebulizer and a steroid shot. Also prescribed me with cough medication. I don't got pneumonia, they did X-rays. They said my lungs are inflamed. I'm pretty sure I got a nasty flu a month ago that's still lingering.
