If someone is an alcoholic does their face permanently change?

Even if they stop drinking?

What do the changes look like?

I'm not looking for the gay google AI answers which all say the same shit about puffy face and bloodshot eyes while you are CURRENTLY drinking but if someone has totally quit and had years to recover, will there still be signs?

i assume if a person stopped drinking completely they would also drop some weight/fat. so their faces are gonna be slimmer vs chubbier. skin would probably clear up as they are not dehydrated and wouldn't look so bloated. but it all depends on what they are drinking.. heavy beer drinker is gonna look fat vs someone drinking liquor

beer is for f@ggots it's marketed as a "manly" drink but u might as well inject urself with estrogen ebcause it's made out of HOPS

I've seen people sober up and their face clears a lot, their skin color improves, and most important is their personality improves socially, like they seem to gain 10 IQ points when talking, which does a LOT for attraction (girls like that). They also usually lose a few pounds.

They also sleep a little better which helps in all areas too.

Their skin definitely becomes leathery and that can make facial symmetry seem off.
