Home ownership is literally the fastest way to have no fucking life
Unless you buy new construction. Literally shit to do every weekend and the days go by quick it's fucking annoying after a while. Getting tired of dealing with it to the more income we generate....up to 470k now and I'm two seconds away from selling fucking everything and living in a nice condo where my biggest fucking worry Friday night is what hobby I'm going to partake in Saturday morning while I fucking destroy my girls pussy slapping my low hanging balls against her clit as I'm balls deep making her squak like an Osprey.

We should specifically follow the roadmap that the wealthy elite laid out for us to follow to have a successful life. This is the only way to be happy. There is literally no other way. It might not feel like it now, but one day, we will be rich too. We just have to put in the work.

How sh!tty is your house that you need to perform maintenance on it every weekend? I pay a Mexican to mow my yard once a week, pretty much everything else is bi-yearly service like water heater, HVAC, etc or slightly more frequently leaf removal.

That "we" is doing some serious lifting. For those who don't know, OP makes $60k and his wife makes $300k. Now you may be asking, how does 60+300 make 470? Easy, you just gotta account for his wife's boyfriend.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

The only appeal of homeownership is securing an appreciating asset. Other than that I’d be perfectly content to rent for the rest of my life. Less hassle. Condos seem like a decent compromise.

owning a house isn't some make or break thing in a bigger picture for someone otherwise making many other correct moves to ensure comfort later on.

Srs. Renting small place ($1400 a month new build) with everything near by is the play. Currently No kids just dual income both 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
Can travel and do whatever we want and no place to take care of while both investing at least 60% of our income

This x100. Some serendipitous shit right here OP because I was just thinking about this tonight. I hate living in my house. I don’t need all the extra space it’s like impossible to keep clean. It’s isolated the hell out of me out in the suburbs and I’m ready to get into a condo myself.
