I have obtained the most effective and natural circadian rhythm.
Sleep from around 10-11 to about 3 am. Hang out for a couple hours. Take a little nap and get up with the sun and no alarm excited for the gym.
I’m usually in the gym by 9 but sometimes I get there a little later, sometimes much earlier.
Whenever the body is ready.

bed right before or as the sun comes up...cold months around 5am...warm months around 6am. wake up at 1-2:30pm...also want about 30-60 min to chill in bed before actually getting up. kinda been my preferred schedule since i was like 12...and probably played a roll in motivating me to find a way out of working.

I was NEET for a bit during covid and it ruined my sleep cycle, started going to bed at 1am, then 3am, then 5am. Would wake up at 2-3pm srs. Was fine for a bit, but eventually gets boring and shameful srs.

My oldest son usually wakes me up around 6 or 6:20
Unless either of them is sick (usually both are sick at the same time), in which case they wake me up roughly once every hour between 8pm and 6am
I normally go to sleep around 11 or midnight
Normally have a nap during the day

I go to sleep between like 9pm and 3am. depends on if I had a nap. I wake up either 4 or 10 hours later.
