Would you rather come to work at 6am or 7

Ill always choose later. If i go at 6am or earlier that jeaporides your sleep. Its roll of a dice you maybe sleep well or you dont. I play shit safe if possible. You cant negotiate on sleep.

I prefer 6 am. I am naturally up around 4-430 most mornings so I wanna get the day rolling. Even more so if I means getting out at 330.

6 AM easily. I start work at 7 AM and am up at 5:45 AM anyway. I would just be up like 45 mins earlier to be in at 6 AM, would deal with less traffic to and from, and would be off at 3pm.

I'd be home around 3:45-4:00 PM instead of 5:00-5:15 PM.

7 -3:30 was normal

6-2:30 in the summer if everyone agreed ,if one guy didnt thats how it goes ,union brothers

Sometimes if the heat was brutal we'd do 6-1:30 skipping lunch ,paid 8

Didn't matter to me ,I wasnt rushing to the booze anyway

The earlier the better as long as you can plan your prior night out to allow sleep and cooking.
Easy to bang out 10-12hr days farming overtime when you start in the dark.
Still get to the gym 30 minutes before the 5pm rush too.

Do you go to sleep before 9pm?
I cant get to sleep before 9:30. 10pm is perfect for me so if i go at 7am i wake up at 6:00-6:20.

I usually knock between 9 and 10pm. I have a 2 year old so I am used to running on 5-6 hours of sleep.

My ideal work schedule would be something like 6am to noon, Monday through Thursday.
