Probably a multi millionaire too. Just this morning I was chatting with this VP of sales or something, 500k+ a year type guy. He was telling me on his new build they are forgoing central air and installing window units. Said its the new trend in the hyper elite. Once again, Oliver was right.

Believe it or not, I'd been eating 2 half pound beef and cheddars per weekend for the past 7-8 weeks, and have lost bodyfat steadily that entire time. Still a bit of belly fat left, but my love handles are almost completely gone which is really nice.

Window units are for true moggers. Adding cardboard around it to “seal” is really a game changer as far as keeping your room cool
