Interest rates dropping. Oil Dropping.
I always said the 2nd half of 2026 was primed for a solid run in the markets, and that appears to be coming to fruition.

Agreed. I’ve deployed quite a bit of capital this past couple of months into tech. Still sitting on about 10% cash. 2nd half of 2026 and first half of 2027 looking joocy as long as there isn’t some weird black swan event. Especially if there is a rate cut due to oil dropping. That would be like gasoline on a fire.

We are about to close on an apartment building tomorrow for $1.5M. This is one that would have cost $2-2.5M a couple years ago, so the price is right and we can do some light renovations and raise rents and probably sell it for $2.5M in a few years.
