How often do you drink soda/sugary drinks?

I can proudly say NEVER.

I was a water and juice household.

Soda was always only for special occasions like Christmas.

I can honestly say after 18, i dont think i ever had soda srs. Probably since hs so 2005ish.

I never got into gatorade or sweet teas either.

Its crazy how people drink litres of soda and its normal for them. Its never even crossed my mind to drink soda.

No soda crew.

I used to drink a half dozen cans of Coke or root beer every single day when I was growing up. My dad would buy the 24 packs from Wegmans or Walmart and I’d clear them out within a couple days while rotting in front of the computer. When I turned 15 I got into lifting and cut soda cold turkey. Never went back. Now if I try to drink it, the shit makes me sick to my stomach srs. I watch my coworkers refill their bottles at the company soda machine multiple times per day and look at them in disgust.

I fucking love sweet tea even though I’m a northerner. That would be the sugariest thing I drink and it’s only once every couple months.

These days I’m water only 95% of the time.

Never, so glad my parents were never soda drinkers. I just like water and molk (Mario gonna rage hard at this though because I drink supermarket molk)

If I’m going out for food I’ll get Dr. Pepper or Root Beer if it comes with the meal, but I rarely drink soda at home. Sometimes I do a rum and coke or whiskey/bourbon/Jack and coke.

I recently just cut out soda and anything that’s drinkable and has calories in them. This is week #2 of just drinking water. I hope I can drop an easy 30lbs by cutting out drinking calories.

Only diet coke when I go out for meals, as water too boring.

I have diet coke cans in my fridge for what feels like 1+ year, as they just aren't part of my diet.

I'll have a regular coke 1-2x month. Was addicted to it when I was a teenager and would still drink it daily if I could, but I weened myself off in my 20s and won't be going back. It's basically drinking diabetes.
