NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Social media personality and well known deadbeat dad Dalton Eatherly, known as “Chud the Builder,” will remain behind bars after a Davidson County judge revoked his bond during a hearing Wednesday.
During the hearing, prosecutors presented videos and social media posts made by Eatherly before the shooting outside the courthouse. Authorities described the posts as violent and racist, arguing they demonstrated concerning behavior.“It sounds premeditative, like he’s going to kill somebody,” Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Detective Michael Weber testified.
His anus will not be the same after this whole ordeal is over. Especially since they're saying there's video evidence that the guy who allegedly assaulted him, in fact did not. We'll see if this is true or not as more info comes out.
