These cars are always wild cards. If you're a gearhead, then maybe you go for it and if something breaks, you can fix it. But otherwise, if you live in an apartment like he does, it's can be risky. You can get a full inspection, but you're paying 1/6 of the cars value just to get an inspected. You're better off buying a used car from car max with some limited warranty for 10-13 K
