Just finished. Great AMA as always brah. I was unaware of your family’s music background (you probably discussed it before but I missed it or forgot lol). Mirin hard.
Fantastic marriage advice too. I’ve tried to apply much of it to my own relationship. Some miscers might think it’s cucked or whatever because of the terminology, but honestly if you find a woman who respects you, I don’t think it’s beta to approach things as a partnership. Figure out which roles work best for each person, pull your weight, show some romance = profit. GJDM.

That’s pretty cool RE: musicians in ur family. Are you any good at any instruments
My dad and my brother can both play every instrument, and neither really needed to be taught.
The thing that we share is the skill/talent for writing.

And as far as the last part, it makes me think about something I heard Dr. Phil say one time. Sorry to invoke Dr. Phil, but in this case, it makes sense. He said.:
“I want you to ask yourself how much fun are you to live with.”
I think that’s pretty important. How long can you expect a marriage to stay happy if you’re a pain in the ass to live with?

I might have answered a little differently had I seen that was a real survey/discussion topic. 😂

But yes. My very first car was a 1960 F100 pickup truck. Original paint. Three speed on the column.

I started doing back extensions thanks to your last video. What about some good ab/core exercises? Don't currently do anything for them besides squats I suppose
But mostly, I just do standing cable (or band) abdominal pulldowns.
Every now and then I’ll break out the ab roller though.

Thanks for the response broski! Bands totally slipped my mind, im sitting here thinking about ez curl bars and dumbells. I think that bands will be the ticket for now to just reduce liability. Also, your memory is correct, I am the one who mangled their foot with the mower a couple of weeks back (I keep that thread updated if you wanted to see the carnage). Shattered a bunch of bones in my big toe and 2nd toe, ended up with an amputation of my distal part of my big toe. You never think these accidents happen to you, till it does.
From a pain perspective, I am doing much better. My mental side of things is a bit strained. Ortho told me 2-4 weeks before the rods are removed and it could be 2 or 3 months before I can bare weight again. Then starts PT for decent amount of time. I wouldn't be surprised if I am still in PT after the new year. I hope not and I think i'll beat those timelines, but I am also aware that those timelines could be completely accurate as well. I am just super big into the outdoors. gardening, biking, hiking, camping, ect. and I was looking forward to a fun summer out there with my 2 year old son. A bit of FOMO for sure.
Side note - I am a few hours east of you in Knox! I am excited to get healed up and check out things further west of me.
