It doesn’t look like one in the image below … maybe it’s recent

I will say hair system is probably the worst fraud of all time ainec, I actually looked into it before deciding to ultimately get a transplant

I don't wanna speak ill of a man I'm not familiar with but yeah. That particular mod is pretty damn extreme. My least aesthetic feature is my chin/jaw, and I wouldnt get a procedure to look like that if it were offered to me free. I'd rather look natural than unnatural.

I've seen other hair systems that look better... I don't know why you'd bother with some dracula receeded hairline hair system, instead of having a full lower hairline when going that route....

Maybe but people's faces start to hollow out in their 30s anyway PLUS this guy has taken everything under the sun PLUS he is like 7% bf and exercising like crazy...it's a lot of cortisol spiking so he's gonna look gaunt

I've seen them, the issue is they can look so different depending both on the patient and doctor who does them. Some before and after there is like 5% difference while others look like a different person.
