That's more like 20lbs. But realistically that's more like 40lbs.

Dude you could get that in 8-10months if you bulk hard then cut.
Start off with 250g carbs and increase to 300-350 as you gain a couple lbs.

For workouts ramp up to a triple or a five rep max set, then back off with 8s.
Total 5-6 sets for chest nd back each, then throw sum on delts and arms

Ull be there in no time
