Liberals didn't make all the best cities great, they just moved there and turned them liberal with their votes. Let's also keep in mind that being liberal was probably better until the last few decades when it got out of control

If these great cities stay liberal for a few more decades with this current trajectory of liberalism, they'll probably stop being great

Nick is a f*g, but there is a trade off between living in a deep red state and a liberal city. If you want access to good restaurants and entertainment, you need to live near a big city. The trade off is you deal with liberal dipshits. The problem with red states is that while people vote republican, there's also a lot of shit kicking retarded ass hillbilly fucks, and if you're not into hunting and fishing, there ain't a lot to do. I split the difference and live the suburbs

This is why large swaths of Long Island are a pretty great area to live on paper, I’m in an almost exurban area just over 60 miles east of Manhattan and if we want to eat out or do chit there are plenty of good restaurants and activities within 10-15 minutes and this is an area with towns that vote GOP/Trump by 20 to 40 point margins. Even the “artsy” village nearby with tons of restaurants and other chit was Trump +5 and is reliably purple. I don’t have to deal with NYC whatsoever, really

The state still likes to put you through humiliation rituals though, we went to a nearby state park the other day and of course Hochul/Albany ordered a pride flag to be raised right under the American flag at the entrance

Straight up humiliation ritual. Thankfully by me it's only on state buildings and chit and I really haven't seen any businesses or local towns raising the flag. There are parades, though.

In a twisted way it's actually a little hilarious that people are walking around so much in your face gayness and have to pretend its normal. I know there's gotta be a chit ton of people like me out and about who are mindblown how we got to this point.

On paper, i unfortunately find new yorkers to be annoying. Maybe further away from new york city is not as bad.

its funny bc u can sense the feelings of everyone in the immediate area when a gay or trans person comes around. ive seen 1 tranny(that i know of) in person and i was in a lineup in subway. i could feel everyone was uncomftorable but they were brain washed to be "good humans" so they tried their best to act normal. fuken hilarious. there is no amount of woke promotion that will beat that out of peoples instincts

I honestly don’t even give a chit if I see a gay dude, seeing a tranny would be weird but whatever, do your thing. But what I do give a chit about is the insane agenda pushed to us and our children that this is all somehow normal.
