Tempted to rinse tonight but can't anymore

Hangovers too bad, will ruin the next 3 days srs. One whole day in bed schizoing out with anxiety and depression and all that bs.

I miss being in my 20's when I could down whatever, get yucky, and wake up like nothing happened. Not even a dry mouth. Don't even really get a buzz or the euphoria like I used to, just makes me feel hazy and I can't really focus on anything. sheeyyittt

Faurk ded srs now that I have diabetes type 2 I think beer towers are the main thing I’m gonna miss , and it’s not even close .
My friend’s kid is 38 and has diabetes type 1 , and still gets black out drunk regardless.
We all know alcohol kills the liver , but I had no idea it destroys pancreas cells .
Knowing that I’m a bit concerned about damaging it further and becoming insulin dependent, as I am controlling without atm .
Decisions decisions lol

Maybe just drink a normal amount so you wont be wrecked the next day, just because you're 400 lbs doesn't mean you should go crazy.

didn't you say you only get rinsed like once a month?

it would be one thing to be getting rinsed every week. yeah that would be terrible for your diabetes.

i don't think once a month would cause any problems. that is a very moderate amount to consume.

Typically once a month to once every month and a half . I was fine till I did whiskey on my Bday srs . Never ever should have gotten into the hard stuff again .
I hadn’t for over a year and a half , but said fk it it’s my 65th Bday ,let’s get yucky on Rye one more time . I swear it was the last nail in the coffin , as I never felt right again , then got diagnosed with type 2 .

I was talking to the nutritionalist and apparently bing drinking is the worse thing you can do to your pancreas , as it eats away at itself ?
I really see no need to just have 2 , as I kind of like 10 light beers at the very least , so I think my tours over ded srs .
Maybe if I lose another 50 pounds and I recuperate , but that’s doubtful at best

Couple ginger and tonic cans, some sparkling wine, half a bottle of reposado and a gram of pepsi last night at a gig and home around 5am. I was fine when I woke up at 10, except for a slight headache that disappeared after an hour or so and 3 electrolyte tabs. Old love was in bed for another 5 hours after lulz
