My current thoughts 2026/06/28

Been buying domino's delivery several times a week, gonna have to stop doing that, way better than pizza hut though.

Need to make an appointment to see a doctor so I can get more money from the government for my milk allergy and my phone bill, because I need my phone for emergency purposes in case I have an allergic reaction.

My sister said I should I buy a camper to live in the back yard, fuck that, I made sure to ask if it was a hint to get me out of the house and she said it wasn't.

I need to start walking again, I have been feeling progressively worse since I stopped.

Been staying up till the sun comes up and sleeping until late afternoon, been playing magic arena all night, things started getting worse when my sleeping habits went to shit.

i'm sorry to say this but ur sister most likely wants to see a change ok it's important that you despite your disability show progress in some area of ur life

yes u need to 1 clean up ur diet and 2 start some exercise and 3 fix ur sleeping schedule

easiest way to fix ur sleep might be to pull an all nighter and just go to sleep at a reasonable time the next day, say 7-8pm and if u wake early just go up and repeat

u got this john break the cycle
