1. Someone mentioned buying a bicycle with your dtc windfall. Do you already have a bike? You could get a cheap one from craigslist. You could even get a moped or ebike so you would have transportation

2. Do you have an active driver license? Does your sister let you borrow her car?

3.do you have a firm plan on your DTC money? I thought it was already invested for retirement but saw you have a meeting to get that going. But now I also saw you talking about buying in game currency and smokes and other things. I would be careful to not spend too much. Paying off your CC debt was a good move but I would not go crazy this month in fact I would not spend more than your normal income on games or cigs and keep the DTC funds for retirement and things like a bicycle
