seriously my first thought.

btw: elvis' bloated appearance during his later years was due to prescriptions to pain-killers and other drugs that cause physical symptoms. at that time, elvis didn't know that pills were considered drugs similar to how we don't look at muh health-supplements (creatine whatever) as drugs. it slowly killed him.
