Do young morbidly obese married couples actually have sex? (srs)

Or is it simply that they know their options are limited and the chance of them marrying someone else is slim (no pun intended). I ask this having many college friends/acquaintances married and they are both nearly 300 pounds. Looking at them, I can't even imagine them attempting it. Do you think these younger obese couples are actually having sex?

I had a good friend who was a fat fuk. He loved taking girls out to eat n shiet. Would openly brag about being a simp before simping was even a popular thing. I remember on old Misc someone posted a story about some super grossly morbidly obese sloot that was trying to have her first child.

I wonder the same thing, a friend from high school got his first girlfriend a few years ago, she looks to be 5 feet tall and even fatter and uglier than him, I dont understand how people enjoy sex when they're both really ugly and fat like that.
