Rate 4th of July weekend meal

Gator poboy


Alligator is battered with seasoned cornmeal and air fried with avacado oil. The sauce is just a mix of ketchup and avacado oil mayo. I don’t like spicy stuff so I don’t use any hot sauce or any of that spicy shit most people use to cook gator.
