I think people should adopt before having kids via sperm donation. If the "survival" of the white race is so important, start with all the white children who need homes.

Defeats part of the point. If possible people want a biological connection to their children. That's why IVF is usually one of the first options for couples with fertility issues, assuming they don't have religious objections. It won't have that connection to both parents but at least it still has connection to one.

I've been fertility maxxing (no alcohol, no processed food or drinks, no smoking, no stims, sleeping well, tons of fertility vitamins) in hopes of getting my sperm count up. I think I ruined it years ago with roids, although I've been off for like 8 years. Maybe it's just microplastics etc
