The Starbucks parking lot rapist received the maximum sentence on Thursday. A Madison County Circuit Court judge told Timothy J. Dubois that he’ll spend 120 years in state prison.Dubois, 42, abducted a woman at knifepoint on Nov. 11, 2022, as she parked to pick up her coffee order.Dubois’ defense asked for a break in sentencing, saying the rapist is a veteran who served his country. The prosecution pointed out that Dubois committed his rape on Veterans Day and told his victim he deserved her because he was a veteran.
