Because your body has something called kidneys that filters out excess nutrients as minerals aren’t rare especially if you have a normal diet. Bottled water is only a benefit in countries without decent tap water

depend where u live, some tap water is fine but it all av florine in it unless its well

i drink tap some times but is thru filter on fridge. reminder still need to get papa change me fridge filter

also drink lot of bottle water fiji taste the best but is still plastic bottle so microplastics problems still issue
