My gay lefty freind lost his 'sister' or something

My friend from many years ago, who sort of denegrated and is gay now and has a 'dead name' and a new name posted this about a missing person, then someone commented on the pic about how cute it is and wanted to know about his shirt. Lefties are really a bunch of kooks.
