I don't wear one because I have autism and can never settle for anything short of the best of the best and I would like a 200-300k watch but only if I'm a millionaire and I'm not.

If I'm not at work, I'll wear one solely for aesthetics; I work with patients using my hands so it just gets in the way

I don't wear a watch. I have a nice 2 tone datejust that my dad gave me for graduating from grad school. I wear it to family events so he thinks I care about it and sometimes when I go to nice events or places as jewelry, mainly so my date thinks I dressed up and pulled out the stops.
not mine but it looks like this:

I only wear a Garmin. I couldn't care less if it doesn't look flashy or expensive.

I’m rocking a baby Casio most of the time these days.
Have a couple dress watches (Bulova, not baller by any stretch) that I wear when I go into the office or an event.
I’ll never be at a level where a Rolex makes sense, but I hope to own an Omega at some point.

I used to care about watches before they were cool. I would be the youngest guy attending these meet ups for these watch nerds. I was part of all the forums and it was fun for me.
Once instagram blew up the watch scene I just think it’a so gay now. A lot of friends and family know me as really into the watches and they want to show me what they bought, but I couldn’t care less. They only bought what they bought because they either think it’s hard to get (so they’re special) or they think it will be worth more money one day.
I kept as many vintage rolex’s as I could, but I sold all the modern watches that I have.
I mentioned it before, but I have a side business where I buy and sell gold and jewelery and watches too. I kinda hate dealing with the watch guys becease they want me to bro out with them about their watch and I just don’t have the heart for it.

I never wore a watch for years but the heart specialist recommended wearing one that could monitor my heart rate after my atrial fibrillation diagnosis.
I had an Apple phone ,so it only made sense to pay more than I should for an Apple Watch .
I had the series 4 , but they quit supporting it as well as my XR apple phone , so now I have the Apple iPhone 16 and series 10 watch .
Kind of regratts that I didn’t buy the Apple Ultra tbh . Looks like a really decent watch and gets very good reviews.
But ya, I wear a watch out of necessity

I don't wear a watch. I'm never more than a few feet away from my phone, so there's no point. I also have small wrists, so watches don't look great on me.

I haven't really worn a wrist watch since owning an Android. Even when I wore a watch, it was a £10 Casio digital.
Never been one to show off £500+ on my wrist.
