Fish Oil Supplements

I used to do a lot of cocaine. I think it did some damage to my joints and bones. Do fish oils help the joints and bones ?

I’m thinking of placing an order for fish oils in pill form.

Eat real food. Single ingredient whole foods. No powders, pills, or potions.

Cocaine doesn’t do damage to joint cartilage, only in the nostrils. Which has cartilage

Yes ,do some research, buy only third party lab tested

There is a TON of shit fish oil out there

I take cod liver oil for my eyes as well

I swear by fish oil for joints, been taking it for years and have little joint pain, few years back I ran out for a couple of weeks and I started feeling more joint pain til I bought some more. couple years ago I also added taking beef gelatin which also helps joints, plus it’s also good for skin/nails/hair/glow

I bought some from Amazon it came out to $12 for 200 pills. I’ll check my local Costco is they have some for next time.
