Corn is the most beta foood

Srs.

How do people eat corn? Are you 5? It’s useless and after not eating it for 10 years because of its lack of nutrition, I don’t think I could stomach it.

Even little bits in a burrito ruins it for me.

Hop off corn brahs.

There are dozens of ways of preparing and consuming maize, dozens of different varieties of it too some even blue. Are you hating on just that gmo sweet con or the entire species in general?

Real non gmo organic maize has more protein and higher nutritional value. Paired with native organic species of beans you can get a decent meal macros wise.

It is “incomplete” protein, lacking essential amino acids and only 2 kcal/gram.

Agree and disagree at the same time. Corn saved the US many times during hardship but its use has now become obsolete when compared to other food groups. Natural corn is healthy in itself but modern corn slop and high frustose syrup is absolute haram

True, real corn is an ok filler.
But after the food science crew manipulated it to be bulk feed for livestock replacing grass, you'd be a fool to consume. Even our livestock react negatively, they only live a year though, so feed them whatever.
