Is it gay to look at other guys dinks in the locker room and compare?

Usually in the locker room I tend to stare at other guys dinks and see where I stand and I am quite average if I walk around with a semi boner which im sure most guys do it too. And there is this one guy whos lifts are high but I am bigger and that makes me feel better about myself when I dont lift as much as him.
