What makes them most evil? It's a subjective opinion. To me, most evil would be a person/s controlling a government/nation and causing death.

If so, you'd have US Presidents and Congressman filling your top 3 from the 1800's (the millions and millions of Native Americans killed - murder and disease from Europeans) and today's US inflicted wars in the Middle East which has surpassed 1.5 million deaths.


But if you'd like me to choose the top 3 most evil humans according to the Western/White world... sure, Hitler, Stalin, Mao
